RAINBOWS

RAINBOWS

God created the rainbow as a covenant between God and Noah that God would never again destroy the earth and all of humankind.

Our youngest son, Alex, loved to blow bubbles.  When a good wind would take one of his bubbles up into the air he would ask me what happens to the bubble.  Having your 3 year old look up at you with wonder and sadness in his eyes I didn’t feel that I could say that it would just disappear in the atmosphere.  So, I told him that if he looked real close at his bubbles he would see the colors of the rainbow in it and that God used bubbles to build up the colors of His rainbows.  Also, that God needed rain and sunshine for the rainbows in the sky.

When we feel battered by life’s storm, filled with fear and doubt as to where God is in your life; remember a rainbow is coming.  God promises.
